REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is simple. If you let us know at least five (5) days before a class starts, you can receive your payment back, minus a $15 administrative fee. If you give us notice before a class starts (but within 5 days prior to class), you can apply your fee to another, future course. Once a class has started, no refund will be given. If we cancel a course, you will be entitled to a full refund.

IF Real Estate School Policies

  • The Idaho Real Estate Commission requires that you attend 100% of your class. The exceptions are for new agent and broker classes. For those courses, the instructor may be able to assign outside work for (non-excessive) absences.
  • Breaks are held roughly every hour. Use that time to return calls, check your email, etc. Please, return to your seat promptly so class can restart.
  • The Idaho Real Estate Commission is very adamant in requiring that we curb electronic detractions:
    • Turn off your cell phone - Don't just place it on vibrate.
    • No texting.
    • No web browsing (on a computer or mobile device).
  • Be respectful to both your instructor and your fellow students. Participate but be polite. And, avoid creating distractions.
  • We post courses directly to your Idaho Licensing record shortly after a course is completed. We also provide a certificate for your own records.
